I am based in London, and was looking to sell my unit in Sydney which was being managed by O'Gorman partners (by far the best rental agency on the lower north shore by the way). I considered and spoke to other agents, however was convinced that O'Gorman, and James in particular, were the right team to go with. My trust was rewarded with a fantastically executed campaign, leading to a result that far exceed my expectations. Key things that James and the team did to make the sales a success:

1. Produced a detail plan and campaign strategy up front, that was executed to the letter2. Coordinated the preparation of the property (styling, decoration, material production) 3. Last year my wife and I decided to sell our apartment (83/75 Spofforth St). As the apartment had been rented out we chose to use the rental agent as our selling agent. Whilst logical it was a huge mistake. Clearly selling had a completely different meaning to them. After months of frustration and little progress we decided to look for a new agent. Our son introduced us to James who immediately understood the value of the property (location, great view and lock up garage). Having bought (Unit 11, 27 Somerset Street) through yourself, I have to say that you are the best and "fairest" real estate agent to buy properties from. Most real estate agents would try to "stuff" buyers around but only you would try to get the deal done at a "fair" price working with a difficult "seller" to get the deal across the line.

From a seller's perspective, (selling Unit 11, 31 Mosman St), you are immensely efficient and organised the marketing brochures and signboards together with online advertising within a few days. In addition, we really appreciate all your effort chasing down both parties lawyers to get the paperwork organised and even hand delivering the s149 documents to our lawyer. This resulted in the property being sold in record time (within 1 week of opening!) and at a record price for the block!.
